Jose's Finn Sparrow ("Mr. Bubbles" or "Bubba")


Mr. Bubbles, or aka Bubba, is an Irish draught/Connemara. He is out of the well-known Grange Finn Sparrow. Bubba has competed well in both hunters and jumpers. He is 16.2 hands and 9 years old. Our family has thoroughly enjoyed him. He is full of personality, but can always concentrate on his job. Currently, we are starting child/adult jumpers, but plan on taking him higher in the future.
Mr. Pepponita Surprise ("Heaven Sent")

Heaven Sent, aka Peppy, is appendix registered and is registered in the American Buckskin Association. Peppy is 10 years old. He competes in both hunters and jumpers. He is all personality, and is part of our family. We leased Peppy May 2005, and on Christmas 2005 we purchased him for our daughter Claire, and he has been wonderful, and a best friend for her.
Sparrow's Spring Mist and Sparrow's Leis

Spring and Leis are our recent addition, and they have been such a pleasure. These two large ponies are so adorable and love attention. They are both out of Grange Finn Sparrow. Spring is a full sister to the well-known eventer, Windswept. Leis is currently bred to Aladdin's Denver. Due early June. Foal for sale in utero.

Rivendell's Jack Sparrow

Son of the renowned Grange Finn Sparrow, Jack is a Connemara pony. At just 6 he shows much potential as both a dressage or jumping pony. With beautiful movement, much scope and an easy dispositon, Jack is the stud for you. We have very high hopes for our young stud. His sire, Grange Finn Sparrow, was winner of the American Connemara Pony Society HALL OF FAME PERFORMANCE AWARDS in 1995, was known as a Champion Jumper in Ireland, and is considered the "apex" of Connemara jumping breeding. He is sire of the Canadian eventer, Windswept, Sparrow Cappuccino, and many more including many of our ponies at the farm. If you want a nice stud to base your breeding program on, Rivendell's Jack Sparrow is the stud for you. Standing for Stud as of May 2007. Fees are $800 introductory stud fee and a $200 collection and shipping fee.
